Process

Most of my work is formulated on the wheel at first and then enhanced by hand building techniques requiring several firings in my kilns at temperatures exceeding 2100 degrees F.

The studio space is only cooled by the gentle breezes off of the Pacific coastline - a great reminder of my blessed luck to reside in this area. This fortunate venue lends itself to further inspire me ….my glazing techniques enhance and reflect the colors of the sea, sand and sky.
